For almost 40 years Pastor Jerry Corbett has been a dedicated servant leader. His passion for people and his ability to teach has afforded him many opportunities to share his God-given gift.
Pastor Corbett has used that gift to serve the kingdom in various ways over the years by not only pastoring, but teaching on both the college and seminary levels, serving as a missionary, a conference teacher and a convention facilitator.
Pastor Corbett has been blessed to oversee and lead several congregations that thrived during his tenure.
His charismatic approach and personal touch have birthed life in the communities of faith he has been blessed to serve. It is with a practical, down-to-earth ministry method that makes him a relevant presence in ministry. In additional to all of that, Pastor Corbett preaches and teaches a simple gospel message. Those thought-provoking messages speak to people of all ages, while they inform, encourage and energize the masses.
Not only is Pastor Corbett spiritually prepared to take on the demands of pastoral ministry, but he has also taken the time to prepare educationally. The well-read leader has earned his Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral Degrees from some of the most prominent institutions in America.
The Sampson County North Carolina native enjoys traveling and spending time with his loving family. He can also be spotted at many athletic venues, as he enjoys attending various sporting events. He also enjoys reading in his free time.
